Exercise and Endorphins

Don’t you love the feeling of accomplishment after a great workout?  I know that I do.  One of the best motivators to get out of the bed and head to the gym is the unbelievable feeling afterwards.  This “Runner’s High,” as some people call it, is all because of endorphins.

During exercise, these endorphins are released, and this produces feelings of euphoria and a general state of wellbeing.

So next time you are tempted to skip the gym… you are also skipping out feeling great - physically and mentally!

‘No Limits Cardio’ kicked my ass.
My hero.
We are all thinking it.

Well said.
Always keep in mind.
Worked out today and proud.

Slowly but Surely

Today marks the third day of my new lifestyle.  And you know what?  I am absolutely loving it - just combine it with the feeling of accomplishment of a hard day’s work and the sweet taste of progression.

I go to Lifetime Fitness and just driving into the parking lot inspires me to give it my all when working out.  With each additional punch, kick, and squat, I am one step closer to reaching that slim, trim, lean body I’ve been working for.  I have been taking various classes that my gym offers me and it is hardcore, intense, and kicks my ass.

If I ever feel tempted to eat something unhealthy or want to stay home instead of hitting the gym, all I do is look at motivational pictures and keep in mind how I good I feel when I stick to my new plan.

LETS KEEP IT UP!
